How to reach us
Write to [email protected]. That address reaches INSTADYN LLC, the studio that makes the game. There is no in-game support form and no ticket system: email is the only support channel.
What to include
Tell us the device you play on (the phone model and Android version help), the app version shown in the game’s Settings screen, and what happened: what you were doing, what you expected, and what you saw instead. A screenshot of the problem helps us reproduce it. Please do not send passwords, card details or private documents.
About the current build
Android 0.1 is the first version of the game, in testing now. It has solo levels, matches against the bot and online matches with friends through our own server. There are no ads, no analytics and no purchases. The iPhone app and the web player are not released yet; they share the same game and server. If an online match will not connect, tell us roughly when you tried and what the game showed.
